Thai massage or “Nuad Phaen Thai” is a thousand year old massage technique that combines deep massage and stretching to relieve stress, pain, and injury. By using focused pressure with our hands, elbows, and even feet, we can directly relieve pain and tension in the joints, muscles, and tendons. Stretching using Yoga-like poses are also important to help prevent these problems from returning.
Western massage techniques relaxes muscles through cyclic motions to increase circulation and remove tension. The use of oils assists in making its rubbing motion to be more effective. Sports massage applies vigorous pressure to the large muscle groups while Swedish massage is a soothing approach that calms and relaxes overactive muscles.
Our path combines eastern and western massage techniques that are blended and customized to meet the individual needs of each client. The end result is a completely different experience than either method by itself and we think a much better result.

We apply anatomical expertise to release knots, muscle tension, ligaments, and fascia. Ideal for minor probelms and body maintenance or chronic pain and injury recovery.
While massage is a great tool for managing physical stress, the real relief comes when clients learn how to change their daily habits. My goal is to help guide you to show up for yourself on a daily basis by learning how to love and honor yourself not just during your massage therapy but feeling supported and accountable between sessions as well.

- Reiki: cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum mental, emotional, and physical health.
- Medical Massage Therapy includes Swedish, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy: techniques to reduce muscular tension and increase circulation in the body.
- Mindfulness Coaching: Through our sessions, we will discover together the opportunities to break the patterns and habits in your life around pain/stress so you feel better in your body and more present in life.
- Full Body Assessment & Evaluation to determine the tools and procedures to be used during the session . You’ll also get a Personalized Treatment Plan with important after-care instructions including Corrective Exercises Training on how to properly exercise problem areas.
