Or you feel good at first but find the tension and pain creeping in a few days later?

I've created IGNITE a program that teaches you to connect your life goals with your body and mind so you can live your purpose. Because our bodies are what our minds think, it's in those tiny little moments in how we choose to look at our stress that we either gain freedom or we have frustration. By living a connectedness with our bodies and minds we can reduce stress and live a sustainably active lifestyle with less pain.


IGNITE is designed for people like you the frustrated multi-tasker, working long hours at a PC, zoned in to work and out of your body and feeling frustrated at the thought of finding time for self-care. You may find yourself spinning your wheels, on the hunt for something that will help only to end up not doing anything. You may not even notice how your body is truly feeling or fully understand the stress your body is in. (Because you are stressed out and exhausted.) But you know you are sick of feeling tired and sore and trying "all the things" but not seeing the reduction in stress and pain you are looking for.

  • If you want to stop feeling tired and start honoring the true you, I can show you how to quiet all the noise and use your body as a compass to develop a simple routine that honors your body and your schedule so you can listen to your heart and live a sustainably active, inspired life.

Through my coaching program, you will learn the power of the pause to check in with yourself and listen to the language of your body. You will feel more in control of your stress and body and empowered to take action to free yourself from the feeling of being stuck.


How: We do this by living a connectedness with our bodies and minds – because our bodies are what our minds think. During our time together I will teach you three things.

  • PAUSE: Through my coaching program, you will learn the power of the pause to check in with yourself and listen to the language of your body. I will show you how to quiet all the noise and use your breath as a compass to develop a simple routine that honors your body and your schedule so you can listen to your heart and live a sustainably active, inspired life. We are creating a space for healing and self-care, to visualize your empowered self, recognizing and manifesting your goals.

  • MANIFEST: I teach you to listen to and prioritize your bodies needs and to find your own routine that's customized to you so that you can optimize your schedule and increase your performance. By understanding where you are now and where you want to be. We can then Align your ambition with your wellness routine so you can celebrate your accomplishments without feeling burnout, self-judgment, and self-doubt. You will also learn to create a functional work environment with a healthy and happy work dynamic and work life balance to fuel your professional success with ultimate health.
  • THRIVE: The third thing we will do is develop a self-care treatment plan together that will teach you massage and stretching mobility techniques so that you can relieve yourself from pain. We work together as your struggles come up or if you are physically in pain we can adjust accordingly with love grace and support. Asking the body for what it Is you need and desire.
