Faded -There are so many variations of the actual feelings of being high, that it makes perfect sense that there are so many terms for it. When Faded comes to mind one can think of it as the concept of fading from one mental state of being and into another. Fading from one song into the next. Transitioning from one pose to the next. The Blending of all of these together.


Connecting the body, mind, and spirit is the highest objective of yoga and something you should work toward every time you are on your mat. Cross Faded Yoga is an outlet for people to consume cannabis in a responsible manner in order to seek their inner light.

Our classes will provide students with the guidance they need to tune into their bodies, to heal from within, using both yoga and cannabis. We will take practitioners through a guided flow asking them to tune into their bodies to learn more about what the body and mind need from them. Once we are able to satisfy our physical needs (i.e. tension in the body) we can begin to release tension and chatter in the mind to connect to our higher self – the spirit.

*The Root may utilize cannabis consumption before class to settle the mind so one can tune into the body. Cannabis is not provided. Consumption is not required.

*Students should consume a strain that they are comfortable with the affects of, or find a CBD dominant strain so you are not super high on your mat and disoriented.

*Wear comfortable clothing.

Why practice Flexibility Training?

When you’re stiff, it feels like you’re trapped in your own body. Since you’re reading this today, maybe you can relate to that stuck feeling in yoga, during the other physical activities you love, or even when you’re simply trying to sit cross-legged on the floor.


Flexibility Training is a rigorous practice that delivers measurable results. You will improve your flexibility, reduce stress and enjoy long-lasting results.


If you have stiff hamstrings, locked-up hips, and a painful lower back; if you’ve tried yoga and stretching exercises, but didn’t see many results, then there’s a very good chance I can help you.

A superpowered blend of stronger cardio-based HIIT and joint-safe, spine-safe mindful alignment and breathing to create a more effective Toning and Strengthening class. 


Benefits of Yoga Shred:

  • Since yoga is done more slowly. It activates slow-twitch muscle fibers, which give students longer holding power and endurance-based strength.
  • HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, activates moderate and fast-twitch muscle fibers, which yoga alone doesn’t do. HIIT is what defines, tightens, lifts, and sculpts your muscles. 

If you want to get awesome results from your classes HIIT moves are the fastest and best way to do it. HIIT gets the heart rate up higher than yoga can, in specific ways to optimize cardio, or how you intake and process oxygen. It also can raise the metabolism up to 15% and burn calories and fat for 48 straight hours!

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga® -Inspired 

All levels. all bodies Alignment Based dynamic practice focuses on accessing and activating the core during yoga poses.


Understanding your core improves alignment and stability as well as connecting the mind and body. Which will help you learn to move safer and stronger from the empowered core body. Perfect for those who want to build a strong foundation for their yoga practice.


A meditative yet challenging practice the vinyasa flow will be medium paced allowing students to free flow and move their bodies as they see fit. This class style is well suited for newer yogis, as you will have enough time to get into the postures and find your way!


Energy level: Vibe and Chill. All Levels, Body Inclusive

Difficulty: As easy or demanding as you make it
